		<description>Just a thought- why not make it manditory for new house builders to install (on top of efficent insulation etc) solar panels on EVERY new property, particularly shared accomodation like flats, not to sell energy back to the grid but to be used for the building itself. Surely this will help the energy situation and will be a cost effective due to the numbers being installed and will help boost the renewable energy industry thus creating jobs.</description>
